1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Universal Manhood LLC (“Universal Manhood,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning Fight Fair™ and its communication and emotional self-regulation tools, content, and services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, continuing through its screens, creating an account, or starting a trial, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Disclaimer & Release of Liability.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

2. What Fight Fair provides

Fight Fair offers educational information, communication coaching, drafting support, guided reflection, and emotional self-regulation exercises. Results are suggestions for you to review and decide whether to use. The Platform does not communicate on your behalf unless you choose to copy, share, or send content.

Fight Fair is not licensed therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, medical or psychiatric care, diagnosis, legal advice, or crisis intervention. It does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

3. Emergencies and safety

Do not use Fight Fair as an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you are outside the United States, contact your local crisis line or emergency services.

If you are experiencing abuse, stalking, threats, or coercive control, consider contacting emergency services or a qualified local support organization from a safe device. Using the Platform is not a substitute for a safety plan or professional help.

4. Your choices and responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether, when, and how to use or send any suggested message.
• You are responsible for the truth, legality, tone, timing, recipients, and consequences of every communication you make.
• You will not use the Platform to threaten, harass, manipulate, stalk, defame, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person, or to violate any law or another person’s rights.
• You will not rely on the Platform where professional judgment, emergency help, or legally required advice is needed.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or another user’s account.

5. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email and account and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the Platform.

Trials, features, and availability may change or end. Any material paid-service terms will be disclosed before a charge is made. Starting a trial does not change the educational nature of the Platform or create a professional care relationship.

6. Content and privacy

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Platform, subject to applicable law and our disclosed privacy practices. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information about another person.

Communication tools can involve private or sensitive subjects. No online service can promise absolute security or uninterrupted availability. Use your judgment before entering or sending sensitive information.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, software, original content, branding, and related materials are owned by Universal Manhood LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

Fight Fair™ is a trademark of Universal Manhood LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use the Fight Fair™ name, marks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

8. No guarantees

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Universal Manhood LLC disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that any wording, exercise, or approach will be appropriate for your situation, improve a relationship, prevent conflict, produce a reply, or lead to a particular outcome. Human communication is unpredictable, and other people control their own choices and responses.

9. Release, assumption of risk, and limitation of liability

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks connected with your use of the Platform and with any message, conversation, decision, delay, disclosure, meeting, reconciliation, separation, or other action you take or do not take after using it. These risks include misunderstanding, escalation, emotional distress, embarrassment, reputational harm, relationship change or loss, financial loss, and physical injury.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge Universal Manhood LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and causes of action arising from or related to your communications, your reliance on Platform content, another person’s acts or responses, or any relationship outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, those released parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, emotional distress, reputational harm, lost profits, personal injury, or relationship outcomes arising from use of or inability to use the Platform. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. In those places, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent allowed by law and do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Indemnity and hold harmless

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Universal Manhood LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, your communications or conduct, your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights. This does not require you to indemnify a party for conduct that cannot lawfully be indemnified.

11. Changes, termination, and general terms

We may update the Platform or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Disclaimer & Release of Liability are the entire agreement concerning the Platform and supersede prior statements about its use.
