Educational and communication coaching only

Fight Fair provides educational tools for communication coaching, guided reflection, and emotional self-regulation. It is not licensed therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, medical or psychiatric care, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, or crisis intervention. No professional or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Platform.

The Platform cannot know every fact, tone, history, power dynamic, health condition, or safety concern in your situation. Its suggestions are general information, not a professional assessment or a direction to act.

Emergency and crisis help

Fight Fair does not monitor for emergencies and cannot contact help for you. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number now. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you are outside the United States, contact your local crisis line or emergency services.

For abuse, stalking, threats, or coercive control, seek help from emergency services or a qualified local support organization using a safe device when possible. Do not delay urgent help while using this Platform.

You control every communication

You are solely responsible for reading, checking, editing, and choosing whether, when, where, and to whom any message is sent. Do not send a suggestion that does not accurately express your meaning or that could make your situation less safe.

Universal Manhood LLC does not speak for you, the recipient, or anyone in your relationship. We do not guarantee a response, reconciliation, de-escalation, safety, continued relationship, or any other result. Another person’s interpretation, response, silence, conduct, or decision remains outside our control.

Assumption of risk

Communication and relationship decisions carry inherent and unpredictable risks. By using the Platform, you knowingly and voluntarily accept all risks arising from your use of its suggestions and exercises, including misunderstanding, escalation, conflict, emotional distress, triggering experiences, embarrassment, privacy loss, reputational harm, financial loss, relationship damage or ending, retaliation, and physical injury.

You accept responsibility for assessing your circumstances, personal safety, emotional readiness, and need for qualified professional help before acting. You also accept the risk that the Platform may be incomplete, unavailable, delayed, misunderstood, or unsuitable for your particular situation.

Release of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and forever discharge Universal Manhood LLC and its past, present, and future owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensors, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from every claim, demand, action, cause of action, loss, liability, damage, judgment, cost, or expense, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of or related to:

any message or other communication you draft, edit, copy, share, send, receive, delay, or choose not to send;
your reliance on, interpretation of, or response to any Platform content or exercise;
another person’s words, silence, choices, conduct, or reaction;
conflict escalation, emotional distress, privacy loss, reputational harm, relationship change, separation, reconciliation, financial loss, injury, or any other personal or relationship outcome; and
your failure to seek emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional assistance.

Hold harmless and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from third-party claims, demands, proceedings, damages, liabilities, settlements, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your communications, content, conduct, misuse of the Platform, violation of the Terms of Service, or violation of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply where prohibited by law or to conduct that cannot lawfully be indemnified.

No warranties; limits required by law

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness, safety, effectiveness, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, or any particular outcome. You use the Platform at your own discretion and risk.

Nothing here excludes responsibility or rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a release, waiver, disclaimer, indemnity, or limitation is not enforceable where you live, it will apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining terms stay in effect.
